Sales (Current Employee) –  TualatinDecember 14, 2014
The company is split into two buildings manufacturing in one and sales/customer service in the other. On the sales/customer service side a person who loves being micro-managed and is okay with a tyranny hierarchy would fit in well. You come to work, clock in- do what your told and clock out. You will have a difficult boss but amazingly peasant co-workers. The hardest part of the job is being told to do something you know isn't a smart decision but going along with it. The best part are your co-workers, very helpful, kind people.
Pros
great healthcare, great coworkers, great 401k match
Cons
very limited commission, very limited career opportunity

Order Entry Specialist (Former Employee) –  Tualatin, ORJune 21, 2013
This is a great work environment if you are looking to avoid the big corporation and being just a worker-nameless and faceless. They are really good to their employees and treat them like family rather than just workers. You get your birthday off as a paid holiday, plus there is the option to donate paid time off to employees in need to help them in crisis. Management is very fair and gives good feedback and praise along with coaching to improve. People can bring their dogs to work if they want, as there is a place for them.
Pros
birthday is a paid holiday, donation of pto if needed
Cons
smaller company, so less opportunity for advancement & raises

Quirky environment requiring specific personal fit
o Technical Sales (Former Employee) –  Tualatin, OregonFebruary 18, 2014
Management requires a specific type of person to fit their idiosyncrasies. This can't be discovered until after being hired - by either the employee or management.
Pros
free fruit
Cons
