Candidate must be knowledgeable of industry trends, competition and current marketing techniques. Sales executive is expected to be self motivated to keep up with the industry marketplace.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills expected as great time management skills.
A passion for success and ability to do the hard work that is required including cold calling accounts.
The sales executive must almost demonstrate the ability to identify the decision maker when prospecting new opportunities.
Ability to influence at the highest level.
The candidate must be very computer literate.
Develop new opportunities with existing customers as well as proactively seek new opportunities.
Maintain and develop the knowledge based required to effectively sale against the competing product or vendor.
Must maintain or exceed sales quotas established at time of employment.
