● Carrying out daily site inspections and coordinating with Client Safety Department.
● Ensuring all incidents are reported on time, investigation of all First Aid cases, Accidents, Dangerous occurrence.
● Preparation of Monthly Safety Reports to client and head office.
● Organizing all safety activities at site.
● Overall coordination of work permit of working site including construction, maintenance, production activities.
● Ensure that all activities are covered by the PTW. Ensure coordination between Project team and Production team.
● Collect and review all the work permits prior to the daily work permit meeting with the objective to ensure the compliance with the work permit procedure.
● Investigating employee Health and safety complaints; discusses findings and recommends possible solutions in a timely manner.
● Advising employers/ employees about safe & healthy work practices & health/safety management systems.
● Conducting Risk Assessment, implementing Health Safety Environment Management System.
● Imparting training to employees & handling through Work permits.
● Perform preliminary site visit on work location as required
