Tested and processed torque, sound, horsepower, life tests, & vibration to ensure quality standards were met. Used ISO standards for completing CE certification documentation & risk assessments for tools such as grinders, nut-runners, screwdrivers, impact wrenches, & sanders. Modified an existing tool component for a solution to an issue Boeing – more... was having, that design modification became a part of the manufacturing process for that model of nut-runner. Made an excel spreadsheet to graphically keep track of the progress of completed and remaining tests. Pros: good benefits
Cons: not knowing when my last day is
I do audits/inspections and handle customer complaints on a daily basis. Everyday is a new experience that allows me to learn more about myself. My co-workers are like a second family that I have come to endure. The hardest part about my job is coming up in the near future and that is saying good bye to people that i see everyday. Our facility will – more... be closing its doors. I enjoy coming in everyday and seeing people smile and enjoying the people they work with. – less
