High potential company, but workaholic culture stems from management

Despite their efforts to put in programs to improve company culture, the workaholic culture at App Annie is pervasive and shows little signs of changing.
Nearly everyone that has left voluntarily has cited reasons pertaining to the workaholic culture — need to spend more time w/ family or burnt out.
There has been a lot of turnover in just a year, while bringing on some 100 people in the US, there have been over 30 departures.
If you are willing to commit yourself to this company, you'll do great and you'll reap the rewards (they're on track to go public in a year or two). But it will come at a cost of family time and outside activities.
Free lunches, flexible work schedule
Offices in Asia, Europe, and SF means regularly working early/late; Workaholic culture; Little loyalty.
