Horrible place to work
SR support rep (Former Employee) –  Nashville,TNOctober 22, 2015
SR customer support , it's one on one training . They train you like you already know the job. The training makes no sense when your doing the actual job. The supervisor keeps throwing you off to other people for questions. They use about 5 or 6 different systems which include difficult user names and passwords that some of them you can't change. Your trained on things that you only use twice a year in the beginning. Work is thrown at you as if you catch on the first time. Also you don't clock in you have to submit a time sheet which was never shown to me , also they use lotus notes which is a very old email source.
Pros
No scheduled breaks and shift differentials
Cons
Bad training, old desk, old chairs and pay isn't enough

Electronics Technician II (Former Employee) –  Ft Riley, KansasFebruary 28, 2013
Expect to work a rotating shift schedule. Work can be non-stop to non-existent. You will be treated like you know nothing and expected to know everything. There is no cohesion between the shifts. The incompetent get the rewards while the experienced workers get asked to do more. The pay is great, but the pain is not worth it. The benefits they offer are the best part of it all. A trained monkey could do the work. If you take the job, good luck. You will be working on the large tank shooting range on the NW corner of Ft Riley. There is no over time what so ever.
Pros
benefits
Cons
no scheduled breaks, little work connected to training

forklift operator (Former Employee) –  lakeville, MN.October 7, 2012
The lakeville company has poor management. They over work you.they want the work done fast so they can send you home early. You work so fast that it becomes a safety issue. Not a good place to work.
Pros
really not any!
Cons
not enough hours!
