Every day there is something screwed up. Whether it's a system that is down, a processing error, slowness at getting customers requests done, internal program errors that just never get fixed for months making customers/agents angry, etc... I have never worked for a company that is this disorganized and incompetent. I get screamed at daily by customers and agents offices. The job is very stressful and your health will suffer from it. You have to know a million things but don't get paid enough and supposedly don't get a raise either. I have my bets that certain people have gotten a raise. Which if you are a favorite, you will be cross trained. Otherwise, you are stuck on the phone getting screamed at all day. They want you to work overtime every day. Asking a main manager a question is usually a joke as you might have a lengthy wait. Or you get shoved off on someone else. They train you minimally and say they will send you something you need and don't. Their pay system works when it feels like it so you sometimes don't get paid until later for time worked.
