Horrible Management from the manager in FIrst Data

A typical day at work was being theathered to your desk, expected to take 40-80 calls a day. 90% of those calls were from people who wanted to cancel their leases, some claimed misrepresentation, others were going out of business, some couldn't get the credit card machines to work. They were only allowed out of lease if they paid it off early, or a business owners death,
We were screamed at for 6 1/2 hours to 7 hours in an 8 hour day.
The supervisors were micro managers and did not seem to be willing to truly help the customers.
Our hands were tied when we tried to help them due to the business owners signing a non-cancable lease.
They did work with me a little bit on my health issues
Being cussed out constantally, and having breaks and lunches too close together.
