Engineer, Maryland - March 9, 2017
Early in the company's history, a start-up culture of exciting leads and ambitious goals permeated. Employees were well-paid and vetted for excellent performance. When funding dipped cyclically, these same employees were unceremoniously and ungratefully fired, along with required onerous non-disclosure agreements in place. Ultimately, management at the time were gripped by fear of the same exemplary employees that helped build the company. I don't trust the ethics of any employee that prospers very long with this employer.
