Executive Assistant/Sales, Cleveland, OH - January 14, 2016
Worked all aspects of the company, starting with customer service, advancing to sales and executive assistant to the owners. Utilized my contacts from my prior job to expand company sales. A typical day included scheduling appointments with new and established clients. Run usage reports, to determine sales opportunities for product expansion in existing accounts. Attend networking groups for new business leads. Process credit applications for large equipment purchases. The coworkers were a close group, and we would get together outside of the office once a week. Management was terrible. The hardest part of the job, was dealing with inexperienced revolving managers that lasted less than a year. The most enjoyable part of the job was the relationships I built with my clients and coworkers.
