Technical Assistance Consultant, Columbus, OH - November 21, 2014
I was a contractor for Applied Performance Technologies (APT) and was placed at Limited Brands Technical Assistance Center (TAC). It was a nice environment. The work load was never too much or too hard. Management at the TAC was easy to talk to so it made the job enjoyable. I learned a lot about retail procedures due to the issues the store associates would call us about. I also learned how to handle tasks under pressure because there were many times where we had company wide issues affect all the stores at the same time. The hardest part of the job was answering to rude and angry customers.
