Apptical is a wonderful company to work for as long as you don't mind being micromanaged. You are expected to contact supervisors for every possible situation. The supervisor team at Apptical tend to be very cold and patronizing, and while you are expected to contact supervisors with any and all questions, their response time is laughable and tend to make employees feel ignorant and inferior.This is an insurance industry related company, so there are various policies unique to each insurance company, but these are easy to learn and abide by, and the agents and clients you speak to are awesome! This job requires interviewers to take Continuing Education training throughout the year which is really redundant and should not be necessary considering that this position is not a licensed or certified position. You should also expect to have contact only with supervisors because employee contact information is not provided unless offered by another teammate. Altogether, this is a good company with horrible management.
