The compensation and benefits were nice, however it was easy to feel like you worked for the client, as opposed to working for the company. Most employees were on client site full time, and there weren't many, if any, organization culture building activities like parties, socials, networking events, etc. Also, a lot of people seemed to be hired for

If you're looking for a place with good work/life balance and a steady position, this is a great place. If you're looking for a challenge and career advancement, you may be better off looking elsewhere. – less
