Small location for a national homecare company
Respiratory Therapist (Former Employee), Onalaska, WIMarch 8, 2013
Pros: national campany, great benefits
Cons: i was the only staff person when the driver/ delivery person was away from the office.
Since I worked in smaller location, I did clerical, driver/delivery and therapist duties when the driver was away from the office. Our manager, at the time I resigned, worked out of another out of another location.

Worst Comany EVER to work for!
Multi Branch Manager (Former Employee), GeorgiaOctober 1, 2012
Cons: horrible company!
Average employee turn over is extremely high due to company putting a great deal of pressure to meet very high revenue goals. Average Branch Manager's tenure is less than one year!! Most quit due to horrible work enviroment, high turn over, extremely long hours, on call nights and weekends, unkept promises, company being bought out frequently and overall – more... company has No Concern for it's valuable employees! Horrible Company! – less

Strictly for the yes man, not for a family man.
Respiratory Supervisor (Former Employee), Houston, TXJuly 2, 2012
Pros: pay and benefits
Cons: this job is for a corporate man, not a practitioner with patient values in mind.
This company is only focused on the bottom line , not the patient or the employees. Too much business for the staff hired. Patient care suffered and quality of eq was lacking. There were no supervisors or directors above me at the branch, regionally only.

Excellent place to work
Respiratory Therapist (Former Employee), Clearwater, FLMarch 21, 2012
Pros: emphasis on field specific educational advancement
Cons: lunches were generally taken over the road.
During my tenure at this fast paced service oriented organization, I was exposed to various facets of Respiratory rehab. I feel that this allowed proper advancement and expansion of my skillsets. While my positon was regretably eliminated due to staffing downsizing, it was a rewarding experience which allowed for a positive work/life balance. Overall – more... it was a wonderful growth experience. – less
