If long term contracts are in place, this company is great.
Client Services Coordinator 1 (Former Employee), Sacramento, CA –
Pros: great management & staff
Cons: no work available
The management was great. Most employees, like myself, start off as temps, and work our way to a perm position. However, if there is no long term contract in place, there is no employment. If this company ever got a long term contract in healthcare (longer than 6 months), I would work for them in a heartbeat!

Great temporary position
Medical Care Coordinator (Former Employee), Burbank, CA –
Pros: great pay
Cons: assignment not long enough.
Loved working for APS, although it was only for a very short time. The temporary assignment allowed me to work with other employees that shared team goals and interacted well as a team.

Extreme micromanagement with frightened employees
RN Health Coach (Former Employee), Sacramento ,CA –
Pros: the location near the american river was beautiful
Cons: extreme micromanagement, office manager was rude, managers were indifferent
They only trained us for two and a half days, the atmosphere is very cold and unfriendly. I have ergonomic issues and needed an ergo key board and mouse to keep from having a flare up of my carpal tunnel. I requested the ergo keyboard and mouse time and time again, the office manager acted very put out and upset when I requested this vital equipment. – more...  The manager verbalized that she hates doing business in the state of California ,but certainly didn't mind accepting the account from our states Medi-cal program. She never wanted me asking any questions and the office manager clearly disliked me. Working in this atmosphere was demeaning for me.They laid us off after we got done doing the temporary grunt work that we were hired for. This place clearly is not somewhere I would want even my worst enemy working ! – less

I review on APS it's a learning processing credentialing doctors filling out missing information faxing emailing or calling the physician. I enjoyed working at APS.

UM Coordinator (Former Employee), Riverdale, GA –
Each member would assist those in need without hesitation; our supervisor included. She would also give us stress reliever activities to do.
