A typical day at the dining hall was to order the next week supplies. Observed that wach station was clean and well equipped. The next meal was prepared and ready for the next meal service. Supervised the evening staff. Closing and verify the daily intake. Check all areas of the house to make sure all stations were clean and ready for the morning shift before letting employees check out for the day.
the hardest part of the job was to find a replacement at moment notice on the weekend.
The most enjoyable was specialty night when the staff would dress up.
