On January 26, 2007, the Company completed a merger whereby investment funds associated with or designated by the GS Capital Partners, CCMP Capital Advisors, J.P. Morgan Partners, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Warburg Pincus invested in equity securities of ARAMARK Holdings Corporation.
