They need to get new management that cares and treats us like a person and not a second class citizen. I have never worked with such bad management in my whole like. I worked at capital one campus in Plano Texas. Mark Montgomery needs to learn people skills. Aramark doesn't ever question their management on what they are doing. Management there is lazy and just sits all day. They don't ever help. Just only move when they write people up for being a minute late !! This is all 100% true

Ben honesty and courtesy to your employees and realize that there are human also and both of you are in it together and remember sometimes you have to get out of your position to get in their position to feel what some of the people feel that work for you it helps out a lot

Not fib to an employee about "overtime" and then not give it. Or say come in for this work and when you get there have you doing something else.

Better pay and management. They schedule for days to come in you show all the up for work and they tell you nothing is available and play the "POINT finger "game and say staff was cut beyond the last minute mark. Who runs a business like that? This is for the baseball stadium, Football venue I have no complaints.

Don't be so quick to fire. Have an open door policy. Treat all employees with respect & fairness. Be kind to employees especially doing Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays. So, many family's are struggling, if at all possible show some appeciation even more so for employees.
