Our Administrative position performs a wide range of organizational support, record keeping, data entry, phone answering, research and marketing. Must be willing to manage and complete multiple tasks at a time. Tasks may include anything from office related duties.
· Excellent organizational skills;
· Ability to manage/prioritize workload quickly and accurately;
· Must be computer literate and willing to learn new computer programs;
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment and maintain physical stamina, proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with clients, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines;
· Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards;
· Steady job history. We are looking for a long term employee;
· Must have transportation, and be willing to travel locally;
· Friendly and professional attitude to customers and co-workers required;
· Previous experience in Secretarial/Office Administrative/ Front Desk/Sales or bookkeeping / accounting desired;
. Bilingual is a plus
Salary: $15/$20 Hour dependent on qualifications, (growth opportunity available)
Job schedule M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
