Claims Service Specialist, Quincy, MA - March 30, 2016
Initially, I worked part-time for the Billing and Collections Department at the Payment Desk receiving checks from customers for their auto and/or homeowner's insurance payments. I also worked full time for the same Department processing payments "upstairs" and preparing commission reports for senior management. The 2nd half of my day I would work at the Payment Desk. In addition to this position, I worked as a Claims Service Specialist in the Glass Claims department processing invoices and communicating with vendors, customers, and my colleagues to resolve any issues. The most enjoyable part of my job was helping customers with their claims and collaborating with various glass companies.
