Cashier (Former Employee), Port Saint Lucie, FLNovember 28, 2012
Pros: discounts
Cons: pay rate, management, no benefits
A typical day at work was cash handling, food running, and customer service. I learned restaurant skills. The management was unorganized and brought their personal life into everything. My co-workers were nice. The hardest part of my job was avoiding the drama brought on by management. I enjoyed helping customers.

Bad abusive environment
Assistant Manager, (Current Employee), Osage Beach, MOMay 31, 2012
Pros: interaction with a hard working crew and customers
Cons: constant abuse of power by gm. turning a blind eye to the abuse by the dm and the company
Never have enough help to accomplish your task. GM is abusive to the crew and his assistants he is lazy and likes to accuse people of wrong doing without checking the facts. The district manager is a geek without people skill that acts like anything goes in the name of business since he is a company man. Their training if that is what you would call – more... it is a set up for failure. When they find a good employee they work them to death for minimum wages with out any set hours or schedule so they cant have any kind of life outside of the work place.
When they accuse you of anything if you stand up for yourself you will be punished, your hours will be cut if your crew or you will get even worse shifts if you are management. – less
