Fast food is hard work
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) –  Gainesville, FLFebruary 26, 2014
Few realize how intense restaurant work can be unless they have been there. The first employee starts at 6 AM and the last may leave between midnight and 2 AM. Food rush can last two or three hours with no time for rest.
I liked Arby's since the products were generally more wholesome than your average hamburger. This also kept the work environment less greasy overall.
The store I was at appreciated me and I thought I might become Manager at one point, but instead I returned to College to finish a degree.

Crew Member (Former Employee) –  Del City, OKJanuary 22, 2018
It wasn't that bad, just alot of back biting between employees and lack of competent management. They did there best to work with my schedule thought.
Pros
Food
Cons
Expected to much work for minimum wage

Overall great place to work.
Shift Manager (Former Employee) –  15021 Pacific Ave S, Tacoma, WA 98444January 21, 2018
The dynamic is like a work family and there are a lot of opportunities to move up. Management is great and stable (no in and out managers). If you show interest in moving up they will work with you.
Pros
Great people
Cons
No benefits (maternity leave, health care, etc)
