Pros: professional and responsible co-workers
Cons: conflicting direction and time limits.
My early arrival at the office each morning was the time I organized the day ahead, left notes for co-workers, and messages for those outside the office. Managing the new day's workflow was always the biggest challenge, but with good communication, everyone could be satisfied. Mangement was not a daily presence, but took precedence when their projects required it.
Having talented and intelligent co-workers is always the best part of any job.
