My job changed from what I was originally hired to do. Training needs to be improved. Managers are decent.

TOOK CARE OF DAILY MARKETING PROMOTIONS, I LEARNED A LOT OF DIFFERENT COMPUTER PROGRAMS, CO WORKERS WERE EASY TO DEAL WITH, MANAGEMENT WE DIDNT SEE MUCH OFF, THERE WAS NOTHING REALLY HARD ABOUT THE JOB JUST BUSY

This employer does not offer job security. They are downsizing and only hiring part-time people who receive no benefits so they can make their budget. Employees are looked at as a body to fill a need to the company not as individuals.

If you want to be treated with dignity and respect in a positive environment, this is not the place for you.

Some – more...  of the unions are weak and do not offer support but just agree with management even though you have to pay union dues.

They have a gotcha system in place where they can always find small mistakes on everyone but do not write up everyone. They use this method to unemploy you. There is no such thing as perfect and they know that. There is always going to be human error no matter how intelligent you are.

Employees constantly make suggestions on how to better serve the customers and the company. This employer always has excuses why the suggestions cannot be implemented.

I worked in Surveillance. The Supervisiors were terrible. They didn't trust any employee or customer. If there's nothing going on. It's hard to stay awake. If you worked 3rd shift you better bring a case of energy drinks with you. You better have a strong degree in writting. Or your reports will be denied everytime.

Liked working for the Argosy. Did not like the idea of having to quit or be fired because they didn't want people longer than 10 years.
