We are a quick serve restaurant management company seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an office manager. This position entails administrative, customer service, and human resources aspects, and is full-time at 35-40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Applicants must be able to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task efficiently.
** Maintaining organization systems
** Responding to customer comments
** Creating weekly sales reports and Excel spreadsheets
** Communicating with managers, the accountant, and service providers
** Some assistance with payroll
** Keeping track of office supply levels
** Collecting and sending mail
