All management cares about is money. They no longer care about the employee, just about making money. The management team also does not understand how FMLA laws work. Managers cannot keep private information that is supposed to be private, even to the point of sharing with fired employees.
Due to poor management decisions, things have gone down hill. There is no clear direction and an ever shrinking workforce is expected to do more and more work.
Instead of fixing issues, they blame others for stealing employees.
If you don't agree or have a different opinion, or question how things are done, you have a bad attitude, or are labeled disgruntled.
They have core values, but mostly they are just decorations for the meeting rooms.
