In a nutshell, APS is an old fashioned company but is evolving. The culture varies significantly from one Business Unit to the next (for better or worse). There is good career advancement opportunity if you are at a place in your career such that you are open to moving around laterally to expand breadth of business acumen. Favoritism is a problem and inconsistency in compensation and performance management practices.
