 Responsible for processing service contract documents in a timely, accurate and effective manner. This includes the organization and entry of scheduled contract renewal billings and scheduling preventive maintenance inspections within the Movex system and distributing contract information as required to the field. Also responsible for updating Excel contract files to support the contract renewal process.
 Assist with the generation/distribution of service contract renewal materials to customer accounts.
 Assist with database maintenance: updating facility record files in regards to changes in contract status, equipment additions/deletions and customer facility information.
 Assist with processing new incoming service contracts, preparing new contract file folders, and their monthly filing.
 Assist with the invoicing of monthly contract renewals upon review of the Credit dept.
 Address service contract/warranty related inquiries from accounts while assisting on the Contract Sales cue option of the phone system. Also provide related guidance to field staff and office personnel.
 Contact customers to follow up on lapsed service contracts due to Credit department restrictions, Credit holds, unpaid contracts, etc.
 Generate reports as assigned for in-house requests and field Sales/Service personnel including but not limited to: account service histories, open service calls/service inspections, service contract listings, open service contract billings and special requests by management, etc.
 Process Service related credits with approval of Service management.
 Assist with distribution of mail to field personnel when needed.
 Special projects for Service Management.
 Assist with literature distribution to support the Contract Marketing Program.
 Prepare service contract quotations in cooperation with Regional Service Directors to potential service contract customers.
 Establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with customers and all ArjoHuntleigh personnel.
 Comply with all health and safety codes and procedures as mandated by ArjoHuntleigh Policies.
 Other duties as assigned or required.


 Associates degree or equivalent related experience
 1-3 years experience in service contract management or related field.


 Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel and Outlook/Exchange), report writers and other database/management related software.
 Position requires great attention towards detail and superior interpersonal communication skills.
