Responsible for driving demand for capital and rental TSS products while executing profitability business strategies to achieve financial and strategic goals for assigned post-acute care territory. This means driving business with LTACs (Long Term Acute Care), SNFs (Skilled Nursing Facility) as well as other post-acute facilities.


Achieve revenue goals through:

Post-Acute Rental revenue from target accounts.
Post-Acute Capital revenue from competitive/non-competitive accounts.
Post-Acute Sales revenue from target accounts.
Monetary value of new sales agreements.
Monetary value of new account conversion/rental agreements.
Ability to effectively present features and benefits of ArjoHuntleigh products.
Development of relationships with key decision-makers and industry key opinion leaders.
Use of customer educational programs.
Use of business and clinical data.
Preparing and conducting regular and timely business reviews.
Maximization of corporate contracts within assigned territory.
Effectively communicating with physicians and customers at a Vice President level and above.

Perform routine administrative duties by:

Capturing necessary and required patient billing data.
Capturing and maintaining customer profile data.
Assisting with customer invoicing, credit and collection issues.
Completing and submitting required corporate and region reports/documents within designated timeframes.
Managing high level account administration issues.
Maintaining sales call data by entering into designated ArjoHuntleigh system
Collaborating with Post-Acute care settings to provide continuity of care (i.e SNF, LTC..)
Providing financial information and analysis for customer assessment regarding cost effectiveness of ArjoHuntleigh therapies.
Continued collaboration with Capital Sales AE, Account Executives (Acute Care) to drive towards and meet organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinating and participating in conventions, showrooms, vendor fairs, in-services, etc.
Assuring timely training and in-service of accounts using ArjoHuntleigh products.
Successful completion of all designated training programs for this position.
Conforming to, supporting and enforcing all ArjoHuntleigh policies and procedures
Will be on-call after hours, weekends, and holidays as required
Participating in any and all reasonable work assignments.


Two years surfaces market sales or related experience in consultative or concept selling, at the purchasing and clinical levels in target fields of capital equipment, medical devices, appliances and instruments.


Must be willing to travel by commercial air service to attend scheduled business and corporate functions when required.

Bachelor’s degree required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and drive for long periods of time. (Valid driver’s license is required.)

The employee must have use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; speak and hear.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to travel by car or airplane when required.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
