The primary function of this position is to assist the Credit Union in living out our Core Purpose “to improve each member’s financial life.” To achieve the core purpose this position is responsible to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members. A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of each member and recommend an appropriate Credit Union solution. In addition the position is responsible to consult members regarding all types of requests and issues that require a comprehensive knowledge of AFCU policies and procedures; advise and guide members through the loan process by processing loan applications, interviewing applicants, and discussing decision or other alternatives; solve problems and implement solutions that ensure member satisfaction and retention; open new accounts; maintain a complete understanding of all policies regarding accounts at Arkansas Federal Credit Union.
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Two year’s experience in a service and sales related industry required with call center experience a plus.
