Typically micro-managing call center
Service Center Representative (Current Employee) –  Little Rock, ARJuly 26, 2016
It seems all fine and dandy from the start but boy do those true colors come out really, really quick. There is a bunch of butt kissing, and tattle telling going around in this place. You will be micro-managed, and monitored like you are in prison. You do not work a full 40 hour week. The weeks always end with 37.5 hours. The day to day job is very aggravating and it gets old very fast. You are dealing with people on medicaid that are usually very poor and don't have a lot. People call in pouring all of their medical problems right into your day. Every call you get is some old mad sick mf that is calling in to cry and complain about their medicaid. Their is no privacy at your cubicle. You can't have your phone out at no time of the day. They show so much favoritism to the ones the "like". Usually whoever can suck that buthole for em real good. If you like to bend over and get plowed from behind or you're good and licking butholes, this is the job for you. If you are a cigarette smoker, don't even waste your time. They don't hire any people who smoke cigarettes or use tobacco period, however, the HR director and a few other HR employees smoke mad cigarettes. But if they smell it on you, or have a suspicion that you have been smoking, you're fired. Don't waste your time with this company people. Way better companies out here that treats their employees way better than this place.

Great Organization
Computer Support Specialist (Former Employee) –  Little Rock, ARMay 10, 2014
During the first three years the organization was an absolute wonderful place to work but as outside competition grew and upper level management started to fall like the leaves on trees in Fall, it became very stressful and difficult to work there. I still have nothing but great memories of the workplace and would recommend anyone to working there. I just personally became tired of the revolving door of management. I am sure that it has became more stable since I worked there.

I had the most amazing co-workers. If there was anything they could do to help whether work related or not they were there.
