Consider only if you are looking for experience.

Armada is a company that supports a younger, more progressive, work culture. That being said, they also support lower wages and company functions geared toward single workers with no children.
While the work can sometimes be very demanding, you can gain an exceptional amount of experience and move to other departments in the company. Promotions are mostly given to younger workers with advanced degrees (education is more important than experience at Armada).
Management can be hit or miss. There are some managers that are very knowledgeable and there are others that you wonder how they ever got their position. The company often has purges where they will suddenly decide a position is no longer needed and terminate one or more managers at the same time.
Overall, if you are looking for experience to add to your resume, this is an excellent company to work for. If you are looking to further your career and expect a livable wage, I would strongly recommend against taking a job with them.
Free lunch on Thursday, company outings.
Low wages, favors younger workers over older.
