Company is very small in size. The owners are good people. But they don't know how to run the company. The company just survives on govt projects. too many managers. managers are very political. 10% people work hard to run the company. 90% people just talk and showoff to hang on there. management is very bad in hiring and firing employees. they hire wrong people and fire wrong people. they like those people with whom they are comfortable socially. too much politics. You need to be social, should have sense of humor and good communication to survive. Their layoff policy is worst and pretty insulting. most of the times they take the decision on the spot. You will not even get time to say goodbye to your colleagues. There is no job security. Not a great place to work for sincere,hard working people.
