Armstrong Communications plc has been in business since 1995 at the heart of the convergence of the telecom and IT industries. We are essentially a telecommunications engineering company and our core skills are delivering business telephony including in particular Call Centres and multi-site systems.

The company has evolved a software development
 – more... division with a range of Call Centre software products to enhance the features of Inter-Tel Axxess and 5000 Series IP-PBX. We specialise in handling high call volumes of both inbound calls and outbound calls.

As a result of customer feedback, The AgentSuiteâ„¢ range of Call Centre software came into being and has been designed to improve staff efficiency. We have successfully implemented over 200 installations of our telecommunications software products in recent years.

We give our customers the tools to route calls, queue calls, report on call volumes and programme their Call Centre systems to be more efficient and productive.

Armstrong have been an Exclusive Business Partner of Inter-Tel since 1997. This means that we supply only ONE telephone system and we believe in this approach for two reasons:
