Served as Contracting Officer Representative on three contracts valued at $3.5M. Increased behavioral health officers from 8 to 15 in ’11 to meet a growing need. Revised Standard Operating Procedures for recruiting medical providers for the Army National Guard that were implemented in all U.S. states and territories.
