Slicing Machinist, November, Rochester, NY - January 29, 2016
The workers are all hard working and dedicated. The Engineering department and design team are experienced but don't take enough advice from the machinists who troubleshoot the job routers and find problems. What I've learned while workikng there was how to independently work multiple work days without being disturbed by management or supervisors. The hardest part of the job would be how when due dates come up because another department is backed up, everyone is rushed and mistakes that shouldn't happen happen more than often. Overall the company is great, flow of the product is ok when everyone works at a good pace, and again my coworkers are all hard working.
