The worst company in the industry
Former Driver (Former Employee) –  Grand PrairieMarch 5, 2014
Never get your loads dispatched to you timely. It's takes over 10-20 mins before someone answer. When someone do, they say I'm not your fleet manager, and transfer you to someone without letting you know who they transferring you to. Grand Prairie terminal need more professional and competent individuals
Pros
nothing good to say. would not recommend anyone, new drivers don't last 3 months
Cons
trucks always in shop, driver tech malfunctions, incompetent fleet managers, upper manager don't care either

This company no longer has it together...
First Seat Driver (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLJune 8, 2013
As a new driver in the trucking industry (6 Months), Arnold really put a bad taste in my mouth for the job. The Jacksonville Terminal is extremely unorganized and doesnt seem to care about the driver like they claim to. If you ever have a problem once then it seems you get put on the trouble maker list reguardless if its their fault or yours.
Pros
grand prairie terminal is still excellent
Cons
jacksonville doesn't do what they say they will unless you fight them over it.

Professional CDL Driver (Former Employee) –  Grand Prairie, TXFebruary 27, 2013
Okay if you're needing to get back on your feet, but if you're looking to get home on the weekends, you better think again. Sometimes you won't make it home and sometimes if you do it may get cut short.
Pros
maintenance, mileage, decent trucks.
Cons
hometime not there or cut short
