Publishing Company seeks a hard working individual for an Administrative Assistant position to work in a small office located in West Palm Beach, FL.
Must be detail oriented with a proven history of managing multiple priorities while fostering a team environment with a positive attitude. This work involves answer multiple phone lines, contact clients for deadline reminders and/or collection calls, answering the phones, filling, compiling documents, forms and correspondence and some data entry. Provide occasional support for our outside sales reps and office staff.
Hours Mon-Friday 9-5 pm
Must have QuickBooks experience, be proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. and work well with others.
