On April of 2013, when ARRIS acquired a larger competitor (Motorola Home), the company grew 120% overnight. It is still adapting to the new size, very complex product portfolio, and a big expectation to innovate quickly - hard to do for a large corporation.
Sr. Management is a closed-knit of long-timers in the field. They make many of the big decisions. Very conservative with a preference for low risk projects.
