This is the worst employer I have ever had. They treat their employees as if they do not matter whatsoever. They have turned me down for a raise various times but continue to ask me to do more work than I get paid for currently. They try to make you feel important when the boss is around, but after that, you learn that they do no care at all about you, just themselves. I have not received a raise in well over a year. It is just terrible all around.

you are not important, your ideas don't matter, you don't matter, terrible pay, no raises, no compensation for lateral moves up in the company.

When I work with understanding customers that is willing to wait for their questions to be answered by a shift lead. The hardest part is getting some customers to calm down long enough to help them on their order or problem at hand. The work place was calm and clean. Management was friendly about everything at hand if we had a problem they where their to help out. That if the customers did not understand something it is alright to transfer them to someone else. Very peaceful, friendly, relaxing, clean, organized.
