A typical day would be to come in and prioritize what needed to be done that day and start doing the records that needed to be done first to last and do it.
I learned to work well with patients and other offices.
The management was quite good, they let the staff do what needed to be done with help when needed, and would help out at the times when there was questions.
My coworkers could always be counted on when there was help needed, we all had fun when we could.
The hardest part of the job was dealing with patients who wanted their records done in that second.
The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to talk to people and help them to the best of my ability.
