Senior Mechanical Engineer (Former Employee) – Valencia, CA – March 3, 2017
On a typical day engineers are required to update their project schedules and keep customers and managers informed. A daily walk in the shop is required to verify production is following the schedule and the design specifications. Most projects have original designs which require calculations and 3 dimensional models. Drawings must be approved and submitted to document control in compliance with the quality system.
Sub-standard, while appearing like a good option for employment.

I realize good jobs in the manufacturing field are hard to come by, yet that doesn't forgive the shortcomings with management. As well as most notable the small things they do to try to seem like a good employer, considering they just dropped the 401k 50% and they are always short handed on the production line. Those few things say to me that the owners have made their money and are content with sliding by when the company could be so much more. If you want a good career don't sell yourself short and if they don't offer you enough remember you work to live not vice versa.
Small favors and it's a job
Most people make less than 20$/ hr even after years with the company

Really big on safety, cleanliness just added pool tables and gym for all employees The employees for the most part are great Management could be better and they could consider paying their employees more to industry standards

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE / BUYER (Former Employee) – Valencia, CA – May 7, 2014
If you are good at what you do this place will definitely let you know that you don't know what your doing!!! The management is mind controlled. Nothing about the employee matters. They don't care about you or your family and will send you on jobs out of the state or country without any consideration on how long your gone! The owner cusses at his employees! You never know when your last day working will be?
Lots of work
Bad employee treatment, your opinion never matters, employees are suicidal
Logistics Manager (Former Employee) – Valencia, CA – May 12, 2012
There are no typical days at work. While the goals are outlined and the team works together to move forward, being a small company requires multiple hats to be worn throughout the day and the week, adding excitement and a sense of teamwork that I haven't seen many other places. It was a great place to work, with an unparalleled group of coworkers.
good communication, good variety of tasks through the day
