Expect to be disappointed. Massachusetts didn't tell me what to expect as far as on call and marketing for nurses. HR takes forever to get you up and running, they don't even call references. They don't pay what they say, unless you're overqualified for the job. They won't promote from within even though they have talented staff. They are really understaffed and all nurses have a very high caseload. After your interview, go apply somewhere else.
