Too much turnover. No real support from management. Absolutely no employee training. Client training is more informative in learning ins and outs of software. You are tossed into the pool and expected to swim from day one. Management promises that they are there for you, but they are really just covering their own behinds and will not hesitate to toss an employee under the bus at the first sign of client dissatisfaction.

Pressure cooker environment from management. No support or training.

The company was a lot of fun "back in the day", but has since turned in to an under-staffed, over-worked environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my job, but was not provided the resources needed to be successful.

Worse company I ever worked for. Very high turnover. Poor training. Managers are not experienced in managing employees. The managers have a heavy work load and do the same work as their employees so they cannot focus on managing their teams. Most employees are nice.
Lots of work to keep you busy.

Not a bad company to work for but in certain positions you are pigeon holed and it takes forever to get any advancement or growth. Company is also very tight with money and salaries are not competitive at all.
