Pros: management acknowledged success, driving distance short in getting to work, co-workers got along well, .
Cons: was difficult to be off on holidays and weekends, manager not very personable, if sick must take that day as your day off, if leave for lunch might miss a big sale.
Satisfying and rewarding once assist customer with furniture selection and gained their trust to close the sale. It was very important to me to be available for "service" after the sale. By having customer satisfaction, encouraged me to expect the customer to come back to me for future purchases.

This Ocala store is not the same ownership as the Daytona store. The Ocala store is now closed and was privately owned, this explains why this employee was happy.
