Somber atmosphere, poor employee moral.

Pros: cooperative management/able to make changes.
Cons: short term goal oriented and hard to change.
Coordinate all warehouse and inhouse functions for distribution and customer service including repairs.

Yuma is a very different place than LA. Dealing with a different work culture and adjusting.

Disconnected from employee needs and issues that negatyively effect overall performance.

Changing a workplace culture not condusive to effeciency and performance.
