Sales Associate (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – August 21, 2017
Pay is negotiable, people are friendly, the environment is good the employees are fun to work with and is all in all a good place. Managers are great and work well with other job schedules and if there are days needed off they work well around your schedule. Good part time job.
Sales Associate/ Team Lead (Former Employee) – Orlando, FL – April 9, 2017
I love everything about running and Asics is a shoe I have used for over 10 years now. You gain so much knowledge regarding their products and you meet people from so many different places by being in the oytkets
Team Leader (Former Employee) – West Palm Beach, FL – April 2, 2017
Asics overall was a great place to work. It was a team based environment where the management style was not over powering. Also the monthly bonuses for associates and managers were a plus. Also they have great training methods with a lot of product knowledge
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – New York, NY – March 1, 2017
Good communication between associates, as well as support from the managers. I learned to improve my organisational skills through stock inventory, and build healthy relationships with frequent customers.
Great Work Culture Upper Management Lacks Direction
Product Developer (Former Employee) – Irvine, CA – February 12, 2017
Work culture is great at ASICS. There is a state of the art company gym with a full indoor basketball court. The people at the company are smart passionate and great to work with. The upper management seems to be very disconnected and is constantly changing their vision and restructuring the staff. This company desperately needs to learn how to leverage its size and learn to work as a single company. Most of this stems from ASICS Americas relationship as a subsidiary of ASICS Japan.
Company Gym, Great Employees, New office, Great work enviorment
Customer Service, Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Lehi, UT – February 3, 2017
A typical day at work consisted of mainly selling to potential customers and loading and unloading merchandise. I learned how to become a better salesman here and i was helped a lot by the management team. The culture was a hardworking and fun environment so that customers would see the benefits of having great customer care. The hardest part of the job was not very hard at all, it was standing for 5-8 hours a day. The most enjoyable part was the excitement customers would have when they purchased a new item that would help them out greatly.
Great people forming bonds with one another and the customers
