Productive Work Place for Part Time job
Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJuly 24, 2017
A typical day included a sales goal that was mostly attainable so long as the customers came in. Typically a slow location. Managment can be stern and unforgiving.

Salesperson (Former Employee) –  Ontario, CAJune 17, 2017
The job itself was easy. The only thing that I would suggest they work on would be their scheduling. The scheduling was not able to provide any benefit for most employees.

Receiving Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Byhalia, MSMarch 27, 2017
Company has a great benefit package but the hours are long. In peak season we work 50 to 60 hours a week for supervisor it's even longer. This puts a strain on family time.

Good communication between associates, as well as support from the managers. I learned to improve my organisational skills through stock inventory, and build healthy relationships with frequent customers.

Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence (Current Employee) –  Irvine, CA 92618February 23, 2017
THe culture at ASICS is what is going for it. Mostly good people with some hidden agendas but overall a great place to work and live. Deadlines and stress lead to many issues with colleagues.

Great Work Culture Upper Management Lacks Direction
Product Developer (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAFebruary 12, 2017
Work culture is great at ASICS. There is a state of the art company gym with a full indoor basketball court. The people at the company are smart passionate and great to work with. The upper management seems to be very disconnected and is constantly changing their vision and restructuring the staff. This company desperately needs to learn how to leverage its size and learn to work as a single company. Most of this stems from ASICS Americas relationship as a subsidiary of ASICS Japan.
Pros
Company Gym, Great Employees, New office, Great work enviorment
Cons
Company structure and lack of direction

Productive and fun workplace with great people
Customer Service, Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Lehi, UTFebruary 3, 2017
A typical day at work consisted of mainly selling to potential customers and loading and unloading merchandise. I learned how to become a better salesman here and i was helped a lot by the management team. The culture was a hardworking and fun environment so that customers would see the benefits of having great customer care. The hardest part of the job was not very hard at all, it was standing for 5-8 hours a day. The most enjoyable part was the excitement customers would have when they purchased a new item that would help them out greatly.
Pros
Great people forming bonds with one another and the customers
Cons
short breaks

This place is unbalanced. Not sure what time you going to get off. I think everyone should be treated the same, but the temps are treated like outsiders.. That's being nice.
