My coworkers were like family. They were always willing to help one another out in any way they could. The management was trusting and never pushy, there were never any impossible expectations in this job

Pros: they pay really good and are flexible with your schedule.
Cons: as an intern you get no benefits and i really need them.
I love how it really is an open door policy. The President is very connected with everyone and is easy to talk to. Its like your working for a family and not with strangers.

Fit and weld structure steel in a high tolerance professional manner. I learned far more about North Slope construction and proceedures. General foreman was very knolegable and understanding. Co-workers were of varied ethnic backgrounds which meant for a very diverse and good atmosphere. The most enjoyable part was looking at a completed job.
