Real Estate Administrative Assistant (La Mesa)

Licensed real estate assistant wanted for working directly with Broker/Owner. Assist 2 Sell Woodson Realty an established residential real estate brokerage In the Village of Downtown La Mesa. This position involves office-based administrative work including lots of client, agent, lender and escrow contact, offer and counter-offer preparation, transaction coordination, file maintenance and office organization, plus occasional property showings.

The best candidate:
-Will have active California real estate and driver licenses, and their own reliable transportation.
-Will have some experience as a residential real estate transaction coordinator and short sale processing experience.
-Will have familiarity with the Sandicor MLS, CAR Winforms and Docusign systems.
-Must have people skills and be professional .
-Owns and uses a recent model smartphone.
-Is familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, Gmail, Facebook, Yelp and Constant Contact.
-Can provide quality references from within the San Diego area residential real estate community.

This is a Full-time position of 40 hours per week. Compensation is $15 per hour plus a meaningful per closed transaction side bonus. the right candidate may be able to grow with this company and be able to advance in this field.
