To keep it real, your hours are okay. Like you may get a client that needs 5hrs a day or a few hrs. 5 hrs a day is good considering you work like 4-5 days a week. It's up to you to ask for assignments you want. If you want full time clients with enough hours ask for it.

Very quick! Once I applied on Indeed.com I was contacted within a couple of hours via email and scheduled an interview the next day!

Possibly but you could call. They are flexible just you really don't get paid that much in mileage tbh. Like you have a few hrs with a client then you leave . It's weekly pay which is great and all but I hate driving out of the way just for $9.

Interview process is easy. Just know how to do a proper interview_have your immunization updated & a TB skin test is a must if you want to work asap! Usually a nurse will walk you through everything and have you do orientation within the week. Which is long af but it's worth it. You'll learn about the company, sign forms, get training on some protocols like what do you do if Mr Jimmy asks for a ride ? Or how handle a situation.
